The Central African Forest Commission (COMIFAC) has received funding from the European Union through the BIOPAMA CCR project and plans to use part of this grant to hire an individual Expert Consultant in Geographic Information System (GIS) “for a period of 24 months” based in Yaoundé Cameroon. Expressions of interest must be submitted in five (05) copies to the COMIFAC Executive Secretariat no later than 20 April 2021 at 3 p.m.
The position will be a part of the senior management team and support the Country Director by providing day to day operational leadership to guide prioritization and drive the implementation of annual and quarterly targets, as well as by preparing operationally for strategic growth and promote innovation and efficiency. The COO will oversee the management and effective integration of Operations for WWF DRC to ensure high performance, efficient operating systems, and the ability to enhance delivery of complex conservation programs and results. The Finance and Administration Manager will have primary responsibility for leading all operational and financial aspects for Salonga National Park funded program. This position is responsible for all financial functions in relation to the Salonga program, including accounting, payments and banking, cash management, payroll, budgeting, financial reporting and grant financial management and compliance.
