Earthworm Foundation (EF) is seeking a motivated, dynamic and friendly Senior Manager/ Global Lead Centre of Social Excellence, based in Yaoundé, Centre Region, Cameroon, with strong experience working with organizations to develop good stakeholder relationships with local communities, as well as experience running adult education trainings, fundraising and managing complex donor-funded projects. The Centre of Social Excellence (CSE) Global Lead will oversee all CSE activities, as well as lead the marketing, promotion and coordination of CSE activities for businesses, communities, government staff and individuals in order to increase CSE's exposure and impact.
The selected candidates will be the CSE Global Team and will also support or lead on the implementation of projects in close collaboration with the Earthworm Foundation Central Africa Regional Head.
The Project Coordinator will report to the Head of Central Africa based in Yaoundé, will work in close collaboration with the Director of Programmes, with the Country heads and their respective teams, and with the other Programme Leads.
