XV World Forestry Congress - Central African forests: can efficient monitoring catalyze evidence-based decision-making? Monday 2 may 2022 - SEOUL - 6 to 7:30pm

Zoom link...

The forests of Central Africa are amongst the last tropical forest carbon sink, and thus essential to achieve the goals of the Paris Climate Agreement, in a region with very low incomes and high needs for economic diversification.

Join the discussion on how forest monitoring can both foster better understanding of what drives deforestation and degradation and inform policies and actions to enhance forest protection and foster sustainable management.
