Exhibition Space – PFBC Conference Libreville 2025

Registrations are open until June 26, 2025!

Dear Partner,

At the initiative of the France-Gabon co-facilitation of the Congo Basin Forest Partnership (CBFP), in collaboration with the Economic Community of Central African States (ECCAS) and the Central African Forests Commission (COMIFAC), a regional conference on environmental crime and human-wildlife conflict will be held from July 10 to 11, 2025 in Libreville, Gabon. In addition, a series of side events will take place on July 7, 8, and 9, 2025.

As part of this event, an exhibition space will be set up at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Libreville, allowing partners to showcase their initiatives, projects, and activities to conference participants.

The exhibition area will be located in the foyer of the Radisson Blu, directly adjacent to the plenary room "LIBREVILLE" (highlighted in yellow on the map above). This space will host the exhibition stands and include dedicated coffee break zones.

The exhibition will be open to the public on July 9, 10, and 11, 2025, from 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM.

Each stand (6 m² – 3x2 m) will include: one table, two chairs, one power strip, and a vinyl floor covering.

As space is limited, stands will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. We therefore encourage interested partners to register as soon as possible to secure their spot in the exhibition area.

The participation fee is 750,000 XAF (approx. €1,145) for the full three days, including all services and logistics required for the stand.

Optionally, a 40-inch screen can be provided at an additional cost of 180,000 XAF (approx. €275) for the entire duration of the exhibition.

Interested partners are kindly requested to complete the pre-registration form and return it by June 26, 2025 at the latest.
