For smooth completion of the nomination form we recommend downloading the PDF guide (pdf - 194 Ki), reading the individual award criteria, and gathering all the information required before completing the nomination form. We advise accessing the nomination form on a computer, and not on mobile, as a number of PDF/JPG/PNG will be required.
