Logistical Note

Conference on Environmental Crime and Human-Wildlife Conflict in Libreville

The Regional Conference on Environmental Crime and Human-Wildlife Conflict, organized by the Congo Basin Forest Partnership (CBFP) and co-facilitated by the French and Gabonese Republics, will take place from 10 to 11 July 2025 in Libreville, Gabon. This event will bring together government representatives, civil society, the private sector, and technical and financial partners to discuss the growing threats posed by environmental crime and conflicts between human populations and wildlife. Through panels, workshops, and high-level meetings, the conference aims to strengthen regional cooperation, identify practical solutions, and promote more effective governance of natural resources in the Congo Basin.
